Q: Do you offer shuttle service?

A: Yes. We know that doing without your car can be very inconvenient. That’s why taking you anywhere you need to be is an essential element of our service. Just ask and you’ll be home in no time!

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes. Affording unexpected auto repair can be a problem for many families. That’s why we offer the Car Care One Card. Get up to 6 months same as cash upon approval!

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: Yes. As a matter of fact our guarantee is the best any shop can offer. Some shops have a 90 day or even one year guarantee. Ours is Lifetime! The repair work we do is covered for as long as you own your car... and not just the parts but the labor too!

Q: Do You have a night drop?

A: Yes. There are times when you will find it necessary to drop your car off after hours. We have secure, well lit night drops at each of our service centers. 

Q: Do you service/repair domestic vehicles?

A: Yes. We have trained staff to handle your Chrysler, Ford or GM vehicle no matter how young or how old it is.

Q: Do you service/repair European vehicles?

A: Yes. We understand that European vehicles are sometimes more sophisticated and have a higher degree of features and electronics than some other brands. Dealing with these sensitive systems requires special training and diagnostic abilities. We make the investment in tools and people to insure your European vehicle gets the best care possible.

Q: Do you service/repair Asian vehicles?

A: Yes. Some shops tend to specialize in one brand of car. At North Hills we’re big enough and have the training and resources to repair all brands, including all Japanese and Korean models.

Q: Do you service/repair diesel engines?

A: Yes. Diesel engine technology uses an “alternative fuel” and combusts that fuel at very high cylinder pressures. Servicing the engine and fuel delivery system take special tools and training. We are constantly updating our arsenal of diagnostic and mechanical tools. We stand ready to assist in any service or repair.

Q: Do you service/repair Hybrid and Electric vehicles?

A: Yes. Hybrids and Electrics are relative “new comers” to the auto service and repair industry. No doubt, as the years go by, they will become a larger segment of the repair market. North Hills Is already there. We are training and routinely adding software  and diagnostic tools to meet all service and repair requirements.

Q: Can I pick my car up after hours?

A: Absolutely! Ask your manager about making over the phone payments and arranging for secure car key transfers.

Q: Does North Hills Automotive buy cars?

A: Yes, we pay CASH for good used vehicles. If you’re ready to trade, sell or have a car coming out of an estate, please call North Hills Automotive. We will be happy to give you a cash quote for your vehicle.
